Weather & What to Pack
Ottawa offers four distinctive seasons. Temperatures range from a high of 24°C to 26°C (75.2°F – 78.8°F) in the summer to a low 0°C - 30°C (32°F-(-22°F) in the Winter.
SPRING & FALL (March, April, May, June, September, October)
Ottawa is very colourful in the Spring & Fall. Our landscape is decorated with bright yellow, pink and red tulips while in the Fall the leaves change to fiery oranges, yellows and vibrant reds. You can expect the climate to fluctuate between warm and cool breezes with sunny days.

SUMMER (July & August)
Be prepared for warm, humid summer weather. Enjoy the sunshine while touring the Nation’s Capital.

WINTER (November, December, January, February, March)
Winter in the Nation’s Capital can be fresh, brisk and chilly! Be prepared for a snowy landscape by wearing warm clothing, mitts & a toque and don’t forget your skates to experience the longest skating rink in the World!
